You may have noticed our newest feature: we now list specials by member inns on our home page!! Just click the state you'd like to travel to (or click to view them by city to narrow them down), select the special you'd like to know more about and when you're on that inn's listing page, hover over the special in the left column to see the details. The feature is new, and we're still spreading the word to our innkeepers so that more of them will enter their great deals and packages!!

Everyone is talking "Recession, Depression" and, well, it is depressing.
But from what we have been hearing, a lot of Americans are holding firm in their faith that, even without a bail out, which many oppose,

Recently, I posted guidelines for making your stay at an inn or B&B enjoyable for both you and the innkeeper. This article from Road & Travel Magazine does an even better job of covering these and other tips: http://www.roadandtravel.com/bedbreakfast/2008/bed-and-breakfast-tips.htm

It's so close, the leaves are falling just in anticipation. Foliage, that is. Here is PA we have had unseasonably cool weather and my backyard is already showing signs that the trees have been tricked. Yup, just the other day my 5 year old son asked if I could rake him a leaf pile. Rake? It's mid-August!!
