Terms and Conditions of Promotional Listing in The Charming Country Inns Directory

1) Target subscribers on The Charming Country Inns Directory are privately-owned bed-and-breakfast inns offering personal service via live-in management. Charming Country Inns, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny a listing to hotel/motel chains, resorts, franchises or other properties that do not comply with our target-subscriber definition.

2) After completing the signup process, Charming Country Inns requires 4-24 hours to activate a listing request, depending on its location and time zone. Listing expiration dates will be adjusted at the time of activation to compensate for the time difference between the time of sign up and activation to ensure a subscription period of 1 year.

3) All listing levels offer the subscriber a basic one-year listing in The Charming Country Inns Directory. Promotional offers presented by Charming Country Inns may increase or decrease the listing period of any listing level relative to the details of the offer. Charming Country Inns reserves the right to negotiate special or non-standard listing plans with any subscriber on an individual basis.

4) Subscribers are responsible for the content of their listing and will indemnify Charming Country Inns for any unlawful or erroneous content in their listing and associated website(s). Charming Country Inns reserves the right to remove any property from The Directory where false or inappropriate content is detected in any part of the listing or associated website(s). Subscription fees in such cases will not be refundable.

5) Subscribers can modify their listing content at any time during their subscription period. Editing capabilities include one digital photograph of the property in JPEG or GIF format, property description, amenities, prices, contact information, periodic specials, events and attraction locations near the property. Attractions and events do not have to be associated with the inn posting it but website links and descriptions must comply with the same truthful and appropriate-content rules applying to the inn's description. Inappropriate content in an event, attraction description or third-pary website will cause immediate removal of all relative links.

6) A 30-day money back guarantee is applicable to all listing subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of your listing after activation or listing renewal, contact Charming Country Inns using the forms or telephone numbers available in the public area of the website. We will refund the subscription fee within 72 hours of receiving your request.

7) No refunds will be available after 30 days from an initial activation or renewal.

8) Credit Cards will be processed under the name of JAZ Design Company.

9) Prior to expiration, the individual responsible for the listing will be notified by periodic automated e-mails that their listing is expiring. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining accurate listing account records.
